Welcome to QCode.cc (referred to as "Service", "Platform", or "We") Claude Code API proxy service. By accessing or using this service, you (referred to as "User" or "You") agree to comply with all provisions of these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please immediately stop using this service.

2. Service Description

2.1 Service Content

QCode.cc is a Claude Code API proxy service platform that provides users with:

• Claude Code API access proxy service
• API key management functions
• Usage statistics and monitoring
• Technical support and support

2.2 Service Features

• More affordable API services compared to official prices (saving you over 85% in costs)
• Maintaining the same functionality and performance as Claude Code official API
• Providing stable and reliable proxy services

3. User Registration and Accounts

3.1 Registration Requirements

• Users must be at least 18 years old
• Provide true, accurate, and complete registration information
• Update account information promptly to maintain accuracy
• Take full responsibility for account security

3.2 Account Security

• Users should properly safeguard account credentials and not share them with others
• If account theft is discovered, immediately notify the platform
• Users are responsible for all activities under their accounts

4. Service Usage Rules

4.1 Legal Use

Users commit to:

• Use API services only for legal and legitimate purposes
• Comply with relevant laws and regulations in their region
• Not use the service for illegal or criminal activities
• Not generate or disseminate harmful, false, or defamatory content

4.2 Usage Restrictions

The following behaviors are prohibited:

• Malicious attacks or damage to service systems
• Attempting to bypass or crack technical limitations of the service
• Excessively frequent API calls affecting service stability
• Reselling or redistributing API access rights
• Reverse engineering, decompilation, or other technical analysis
• Batch account registration or using automated tools to abuse the service

5. Paid Services and Refunds

5.1 Payment Mechanism

• This service uses a prepaid model, users must top up before use
• API call fees will be deducted from account balance in real-time
• API services will be unavailable when account balance is insufficient

5.2 Refund Policy

本服务不支持退款。具体原因如下：

• 数字商品特性：本服务销售的是网络数字商品（API 访问权限），一旦开通即占用账号资源并开始计费使用，无法退回或二次销售。
• 即时生效：服务开通后立即可用，用户已获得相应的服务价值。
• 资源成本：每个 API Key 开通后即占用上游账号资源配额，即使未实际调用也会产生资源占用成本。

余额转账替代方案

考虑到部分用户可能有转出余额的需求，我们提供 QCode 会员之间的余额转账服务作为替代方案：

• 适用场景：用户可在第三方平台（如闲鱼、转转等）出售自己的 QCode 账户余额
• 申请方式：找到买家后，发送邮件至 hi@qcode.cc 申请余额转账
• 邮件内容：需注明转出金额、接收方的 QCode 账户邮箱（必须是已注册会员）
• 处理时效：我们将在 1 个工作日内完成人工审核和转账操作
• 重要限制：
  • 余额转账仅限 QCode 注册会员之间进行
  • 不支持转账到非会员账户
  • 不支持提现到支付宝、银行卡或其他第三方支付平台
  • 平台保留拒绝异常转账申请的权利

特殊情况说明

以下情况我们可能酌情考虑退款，但需提供详细说明和相关证据，平台保留最终决定权：

• Service interruption exceeding 24 hours due to platform technical failures
• Platform unilaterally terminates service and user account has balance
• 误充值情况下，用户在充值后24小时内申请且未使用任何服务（未创建 API Key、未产生任何调用）

用户责任

• 购买前请仔细阅读套餐说明和服务条款
• 确认服务符合您的需求后再进行购买
• 购买即视为同意本退款政策

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Platform Intellectual Property

• All technology, software, trademarks, logos, etc. of this service belong to the platform
• Users only obtain usage rights and may not copy, modify, or distribute
• May not use the platform's commercial identifiers without permission

6.2 User Content

• Users bear full responsibility for their input data and generated content
• Users ensure their content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
• The platform does not monitor user content but reserves the right to delete violating content

7. Privacy and Data Protection

User privacy protection is governed by ourPrivacy Policy. Using this service indicates your agreement to process your information according to the privacy policy.

8. Service Availability and Maintenance

8.1 Service Level

• We strive to provide 99.5% service availability
• Regular system maintenance, service may be interrupted during maintenance
• Major maintenance will notify users 24 hours in advance

8.2 Service Interruption

The platform is not responsible for service interruptions caused by the following:

• Force majeure events (natural disasters, wars, etc.)
• Third-party service provider failures
• Network operator issues
• User-side network or device problems
• Government regulatory requirements

9. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties
• No guarantee that the service is completely error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or timely
• Not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages to users
• Not responsible for third-party content, services, or products
• Not liable for data loss or profit loss
• Total liability does not exceed fees paid by users to the platform in the past 12 months

10. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify the platform for the following:

• Violations of these Terms of Service
• Infringement of third-party rights
• Violations of applicable laws
• Legal disputes caused by user content

11. Service Termination

11.1 User Termination

Users may stop using the service and cancel their account at any time. After account cancellation:

• Remaining balance will be cleared and not refunded
• All data will be deleted and cannot be recovered
• Relevant rights and obligations will terminate

11.2 Platform Termination

The platform reserves the right to terminate or suspend user services under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Long-term account inactivity
• Suspected illegal or fraudulent activities
• Technical or business reasons requiring service termination
• Regulatory requirements or legal provisions

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Negotiation

When disputes arise, both parties should first resolve them through friendly negotiation.

12.2 Arbitration and Litigation

• If negotiation fails, any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration
• Arbitration location is the platform's location
• Disputes that must be resolved through litigation as required by law shall be under the jurisdiction of the people's court at the platform's location

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international legal frameworks and the laws of the jurisdiction where our services are operated. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with such laws and in courts of competent jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.

14. Terms Modification

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant modifications will be notified through the following means:

• Website homepage announcement
• Email notification
• System message push

Modified terms take effect 30 days after publication. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the modified terms.

15. Other Terms

15.1 Complete Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the complete agreement between users and the platform regarding service use.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid by a court, it does not affect the validity of other provisions.

15.3 No Waiver

The platform's failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
